My name is April Candace, the heart and soul of our family. I’m a devoted mom, prayer warrior, DIY house renovation coach and legal operations executive. Additionally, I’m also a real estate investor with a passion for transforming properties into dream homes.
My husband is a real estate investor and DIY home renovation expert. With decades of experience, he's the driving force behind our DIY approach to saving money while flipping houses and crafting our perfect home.

Our three children are at the center of our world. Needless to say, saving money while renovating a house, farm or barn is a major priority for us. We dedicate our time to their well-being, education, and teaching them about God and essential life values, like hard work, healthy eating and living, and the importance of family. The farm is their playground, where they can explore, learn, and have fun.

Our Story
Our Most Recent Farm Flip Adventure
Our latest project is a 15-acre property in the heart of Central Florida. Although we have prior experiences with zombie house flips from houses purchased at auction to the houses that only require basic renovations, the farm is by far the most challenging property we’ve encountered. It's a land of endless possibilities, but it comes with its unique challenges – from unruly grass and weeds to the occasional visit from snakes, scorpions, and spiders. We're committed to taming this beautiful beast into our self-sustaining oasis - a place where modern luxury living meets the tranquility of the countryside.
The Property
- A single-family block home (future guest house) in need of a complete renovation
- A well to provide us with clean, fresh water.
- A pole barn and chicken coop for all our farming needs.
- A herd of 5 cows.
- A future shooting range for a little adventure.
- And not to forget - a future dream home, pool, and pool house to be built from the ground up.
